What insurances do you accept?

I see clients in-network with some insurance providers, out-of-network for others, and also offer self-pay options. Even if out-of-network, you may be able to submit a superbill for partial reimbursement. It’s recommended that you contact your insurance company directly to understand your specific coverage, copays, and deductibles.

What are your fees?

Session fees vary by type and length. A clear explanation of costs is provided before your first session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged a $75 fee.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, telehealth is available, though my primary approach is in-person therapy.

What should I expect in a first session?

The first session is a 90-minute intake designed to gather background information, understand your current concerns, and clarify your goals for therapy. This time allows space to explore your history, answer questions, and begin building a thoughtful, personalized approach.
